This bill defines a transparent budget process for special districts.  If approved, it may effect local governments that have relationships with special districts.

WAM ACTION: 2/9/17, this bill was the result of a 2016 Task Force (Task Force disbanded by a 2017 bill), there are over 675 special districts in WY with tax payer funding of $1 billion.  Bill calls for special districts to report to County Commissioners and/or County Clerks.  Bill passed the House Corporations Committee as amended 6-3.
