A joint resolution proposing to amend the Wyoming Constitution to prohibit discrimination against and to ban preferential treatment to groups or individuals based on their race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin for public employment, public education or public contracting purposes. WAM opposes this bill as it can create anti-discrimination employee law and situation confusion and also does not promote a friendly environment of economic development opportunities. |
