This bill provides for local control over bingo and pull tab game events, authorizes reasonable fees.

 

WAM ACTION: 3/2/18 

 

WAM stood in support with WCCA to regulate bingo and pull tab games by requiring permit through the appropriate governing body.   The bill passed but with a final amendment taking the fee for local governments to only $10 from 1% of proceeds of event.  As bill approaches the floor, WAM and WCCA will consider an amendment.
