SUMMARY:  LC 33 6832 LC 33 6847S

Repeals the sunset provision for the requirement for an annual fitness assessment program for students in grades 1-12 as approved and funded by the State Board of Education.  The State Board is also required to submit a report on the program to the Governor.

The requirement is currently set to sunset on June 30, 2019
