SUMMARY: HB 359/CSFA  HB 359/AP

"Supporting and Strengthening Families Act". This bill if passed would repeal the "Power of Attorney for the Care of a Minor Child Act". Would allow a parent of a child to delegate care giving authority to a grandparent, great-grandparent, stepparent, former stepparent, step-grandparent, aunt, uncle, great aunt, great uncle, cousin or sibling by use of a power of attorney.
