SUMMARY: LC 33 6916 LC 336989S LC 33 6989S/AP

Strongly encourages the State Board of Education or local school system to allow the administration of any standardized assessment to be in paper-and pencil-format if requested by the students parent. Would also discourage punitive actions for students refusing to participate in federal, state or local mandated standardized testing.
