SUMMARY: LC 43 0807ER    LC 43 0919ERS

Would create the Center for Rural Prosperity and Innovation at the University of Georgia. The Center would study and develop recommendations to enhance economic development, healthcare, and other concerns in rural Georgia. The Center would also receive recommendations from a permanent Rural Development Council composed of state appointees. Will collaborate as necessary with the GA Department of Agriculture.
