"Move on When Ready" -- Would expand the eligibility of the HOPE scholarship and grant to students who earned a high school diploma through certain dual credit coursework. 

This bill was combined with HB 331 the "Caregiver Education Consent Act" HB 331 

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2017
