SUMMARY:

LC 49 0170

Would revise the number of REACH scholars to be designated by participating school system. Schools with five or more high schools would be allowed 8 REACH scholars (down from 12) and school systems with less than five high schools would be allowed 5 REACH scholars (down from 7). 

EFFECTIVE DATE:

July 1, 2020, if passed.
