SUMMARY:

LC 33 7780-EC   LC 33 7896S   LC 39 2386S   HB 444/AP

Would cap out the number of dual credit courses that a student can take to 30 credit hours. After reaching these 30 hours, students would be allowed to apply for the HOPE scholarhip to fund additional course hours. Would also limit duel enrollment to 11th & 12th grades with limited allowance for 10th grades. Does not prevent students from taking duel enrollment courses at their own epense.
