Would amend Code Section 20-2-157 regarding calculating grade point averages for the HOPE scholarship to include calculating grade point averages for the Zell Miller scholarship as well. 

 

EFFECTIVE DATE:

January 1, 2020, if passed.    Upon approval of the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval. Shall be applicable to calculations of grade point averages made by the Georgia Finance Commission for students graduating during or after the 2018-2019 school year.
