SUMMARY:

LC 28 9306ERS   LC 47 0160ERS

Makes changes to Article 2 Chapter 5 of Title 21 relating to campaign contributions. Would change the dates that campaign contribution disclosure reports must be filed. In a non election year, reports must be filed on June 30 and December 31. In an election year campaign contributions must be reported seven days prior to any election for which the candidate has qualified for. Contributions of over $1,000.00 must be reported within two business days of receipt. 

 

EFFECTIVE DATE:

July 1, 2019, if passed.
