SUMMARY:

LC 41 2249   LC 49 0217S   LC 49 0217S (SCS)

Would require local boards of education to provide all schools with grades 6-12, with feminine hygiene products in all female designated student restrooms. Such products will be provided at no charge to student. 

The Department of Education is authorized to make model polices and provide guidance to assist local boards of education with the implementation of this act.
