SUMMARY: SB 9/HCSFA

Relates to sexual assault by persons with supervisory or disciplinary authority. Would prohibit any sexual  conduct between a school employee and a student.  

 

EFFECTIVE DATE:

July 1, 2019, if signed by governor; with the exception of Section 8, which will become effective on October 1, 2019, if signed by governor.
