| This legislation requires the clerk of court and GCIC to restrict access to the criminal records of persons convicted of certain misdemeanors and felonies upon completion of their sentence and payment of all restitution. Serious felonies and certain misdemeanors involving sex offenses, DUI, etc. are not eligible for record restriction. |
