  2. Glenrock Transmission Pipeline - $525K appropriated
  3. Lusk Water System Improvement (replace Well #1, well house) - $546K appropriated
  4. Newcastle Well 2016 - $495K appropriated.  Special conditions the current well belongs to the State and will sell to city at a 1/3 cost ($259K separate transaction to State). 
  5. Sheridan Northside Transmission - $1.7M appropriated 
  6. Sundance Tank (new storage tank) -  $722K appropriated

WWD Acct II

  1. Casper Underground - 416K appropriated
  2. Star Valley (capture water system, replace older lines) - 558K is 67% and town also seeking a loan for the 33% of their share (term is 30 years at 4%) so the total app 834K
  3. Deaver Irrigation District (mentioned since provides to town) - 464K with special conditions that WWD will provide project materials through grant

This bill props up the lottery to maximize the revenues and if passed it will be used in a future discussion and evaluation of the lottery program.  WAM testified in Support with the idea that the lottery has been in place for a few years with the intent to send profits to support local governments and WAM supports continued conversation to ensure maximum benefit.
