| Rep. John P. Carr is Serving his first term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 94 which includes a portion of Benton County.
For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Carr serves on the House Public Transportation Committee, and the House City, County & Local Affairs Committee.
He attended the University of Missouri at Columbia, earning a B.S. in Computer Engineering, and later attended the University of Arkansas Executive MBA program to become a Certified Project Management Professional. |
