Graduate of the University of Colorado Business School -Previously Served the Commerce City Rotary Club as President -Elected to the Colorado House of Representatives from 2009 to 2016 -Elected to the Colorado State Senate in 2016, re-elected in 2020. Term ends in 2024 Senator Kevin Priola represents the people of Senate District 25 which includes Aurora, Brighton, Bennett, Strasburg, Thornton, Watkins, and eastern Adams County. Senator Kevin Priola raised in Adams County, Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado Business School where he studied finance and accounting with a minor in economics. He then joined the family businesses, Priola Greenhouses, Inc. and CAP Land Company. Active in politics and in his community, Senator Priola was a member of the College Republicans at CU. His service to the community also includes being a member of the Commerce City Name Change Committee, as well as the president, treasurer, golf tournament chairman, and publicity chairman of the Commerce City Rotary Club. In 2008, he was elected to the represent House District 30 in the Colorado House of Representatives. Then-Representative Priola served four years in House District 30 before winning election to the newly redistricted House District 56, where he completed his House service. In 2016, Senator Priola won election to represent Senate District 25. As a legislator, Senator Priola has worked on a host of issues, ranging from encouraging business development, to eliminating government waste, fraud, and abuse. He is also a champion of education reform and leads the charge in fighting for middle class families here in Colorado. Senator Priola lives in Henderson with his wife and four children- Turin, Bremma, Mari, and Cora.
