| Stan McClain was elected to the Florida Senate in 2024 after serving in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2024. Prior to his legislative career, he was a member of the Marion County Board of County Commissioners from 2004 to 2016.
A State Certified Residential Contractor, McClain also serves as the Executive Officer of the Marion County Building Industry Association. He resides in Florida with his wife, Jessica, of Crystal River.
Born in Norfolk, Virginia, he moved to Florida in 1961. A Christian, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, playing golf, and exploring "Old" Florida. |
