| Representative Williams represents the citizens of House District 148, which includes
Crisp, Pulaski and Wilcox counties and portions of Houston County.
Noel graduated in 1994 with a Political Science degree from the University of Georgia. After
he graduated, Noel spent thirteen years working for Life of the South insurance agency.
Since 2007, Noel has been with the Partners Benefit Group as a principle.
Noel was a chairman and director of the Cordele Crisp Chamber of Commerce in 2008. He
has served as a Representative for the Cordele Industrial Development Council. From 2010
through 2016, Noel was a council member with the River Valley Regional Commission.
He is currently a member of the Colony Bank Advisory Board, Chairman of Crisp Regional
Foundation board, a board member of the Crisp Regional Hospital and Secretary of Crisp
Academy Board of Trustees.
Noel attends Cordele First United Methodist Church. He has served on the Parish Relations
committee and as a mentor for FMC youth confirmations. |
