| Patty James-Bentley began her career of public service while working as Chief Registrar for the Taylor County Board of Registrars in 1996. She was elected to the Taylor County Board of Commissioners in 2004. She enjoys her position as a public servant. Patty served as Vice Chairman of the Board for 2011. It is with this mindset, she announced her candidacy for Georgia House District 139 on September 26th, 2011. On January 14, 2013 she was officially sworn in as a member of the 2013 Georgia General Assembly. |
