Is a 1981 graduate of Louisiana College and 1984 Cum Laude graduate of Southern University School of Law, at which time he was admitted to practice law. Prior to starting Johnson, Siebeneicher & Ingram, Mr. Johnson was a Special Assistant Attorney General for State of Louisiana, a former Congressional Aide in the U.S. House of Representatives, Law Clerk for the Louisiana State Senate, and a member of the Attorney General's Special Task Force - Insurance and Civil Litigation Sections. He is also the former City Attorney for Pineville, Louisiana, from 2001 to 2004. He is the past President for the Louisiana City Attorney Association and was appointed by Governor Kathleen Blanco to serve as member of the Louisiana Board of Ethics.
Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Middle Federal District courts, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeal. He currently serves on the Tort Reform Advisory Committee and holds membership in the following-

In addition to his distinguished law career, Mr. Johnson is deeply committed to public service. He is a past President of the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce, having served as Vice President and Treasurer. He is also the current President of the North Rapides Business and Industry Alliance, Chairman of Rapides Education Committee and past President of the Louisiana Association of Independent Colleges and Universities. He is a former Commissioner of the Louisiana State Police Commission, former Chairman on the Louisiana College Board of Trustees 1996-2000; Founding President of Rapides Children's Advocacy Center, TREE House Children's Museum and CASA and former President of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Home for Troubled Youth. He sits on the Boards of Directors for Family Counselling Agency, Christus Cabrini Hospital, Workforce Investment Agency for the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), Cross Roads Riding Center for Troubled Youth, the Rotary Club of Alexandria, the Salvation Army and the Rapides Symphony. He is a member of the Red Cross Board of Champions and enjoys an appointment to the Community Advisory Committee for LSU Healthcare. |
