Kim Carver is a leader with over 20 years of experience working with local businesses and donating his time to community organizations across Louisiana. A conservative Republican, Kim was elected as a Louisiana delegate to the Republican National Convention and honored by Congressman Steve Scalise with the Angel in Adoption Award. He has a passion for serving his community and improving the quality of life for his neighbors. Kim is a long-time foster care advocate, supporting children and families as they navigate the foster care system. He is Pro-Life, Pro-Family and strongly supports our law enforcement partners.

As a successful businessman, Kim knows that our local small businesses are only as strong as the communities they call home. With a degree in engineering, Kim Carver was taught how to solve problems and he works tirelessly to help businesses grow and succeed. Kim will work to keep the government out of our way and fight for local infrastructure investments that will benefit both local businesses and working families.

Kim Carver is deeply ingrained in the Northshore community, serving on the boards of Crossroads NOLA, Louisiana Fosters, and Family Promise of St. Tammany. He also serves on several economic development groups, such as the Northshore Business Council, GNO Inc., St. Tammany Parish Budget Streamlining Commission, and Leadership St. Tammany.
In his free time, Kim enjoys spending time with his family and serving at First Baptist Church in Covington, as a deacon and Sunday School teacher. |
