Graduate Nicolet High School, 1995; B.A. in English, Certification in Secondary Education, Beloit College, 2000; M.A. in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, California State University-Dominguez Hills, 2012.

Former teacher, Milwaukee Public Schools; counselor and counselor trainer, Legacy International; owner, Trounce Records; volunteer, United States Peace Corps.
