Her three grown children were her motivation for running for office initially in 2018; she wants to keep Wisconsin a great place to work, live, and raise a family for the next generation. She graduated from Hamilton High School - Sussex and attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. After working in the investment industry for 13 years, Barbara founded a charitable non-profit serving the parents of children with disabilities and chronic illnesses. She served as the organization's Executive Director for 15 years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Key Ministry, Westlake, OH, and the Respite Care Association of Wisconsin. Barbara shares your priorities of keeping our communities safe, our elections secure, protecting life at every age, stage, and ability, ensuring parental rights and medical freedom, and remaining fiscally responsible with our state budget. Her lifetime experience also gives her a particular passion for issues such as mental health care, substance abuse, health care, tax policy, protecting life, and strong families.
