| Phillip was born and raised in Huntsville. He graduated from SR Butler High School in 1994. He then attended Auburn University and completed pharmacy school with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2000. He returned to our area and started his career working for Kroger Pharmacy. In 2004 he began working at Huntsville Compounding Pharmacy and The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. He later purchased both in 2015 and continues to work as a pharmacist at both locations.
Phillip married his wife Pamela in 1998. She was a special education teacher at Sparkman High School, but after the birth of their boys, they decided she should be at home with them. She currently works with the Westminster athletic department facilitating concessions and she works as a pharmacy technician when needed at their pharmacies. Pamela also serves on the board of directors for a local non-profit organization, Next Step Farms, serving adults with special needs. Their son Preston is 19 and will be a sophomore at The University of Alabama. He is studying marketing with aspirations to attend law school. Parker is 16 and will be a senior at Westminster Christian Academy. They are founding members of Providence Baptist Church. |
