| Rep. Mike Holcomb is serving his fifth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 10, which includes portions of Lincoln, Cleveland, Grant, Drew, and Jefferson counties.
For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Holcomb serves as Chairperson of the House Public Transportation Committee. He also serves on the Joint Budget Committee, the House City, County & Local Affairs Committee, and the House Rules Committee.
Rep. Holcomb serves on the Southern Legislative Council Transportation Committee.
In 2018, he received the Outstanding Legislator Award from the Arkansas Municipal League and the Arkansas State Chamber.
Rep. Holcomb attended Southern Baptist College. He has spent 28 years in public education as a teacher and administrator
He is a former Jefferson County Judge and previously served on the Jefferson County Quorum Court. |
