| James Gallagher and the Gallagher family have called the North State home for five generations. James' knowledge of the North State's rural values make him the perfect fit to be our State Representative. James is a partner in the family farming business and an advocate for North State's small businesses.
Since being elected to represent the Third District in the State Assembly, James has been advocating on behalf of residents to reduce burdensome tax regulation on families and small businesses, reduce wildfire risk, supporting law enforcement and protecting Proposition 13. Gallagher's work is preserving the unique family values of the North State that make it the special place it is to live work and raise a family.
Using his background as an accomplished attorney and law school graduate from the UC Davis, James has been holding politicians accountable and lead the legal action against Governor Gavin Newsom's efforts to curb his use of executive actions in shutting down California's businesses.
James is married to his high school sweetheart Janna and they have five children. |
