She has volunteered as a legislative writer and advocate with multiple international organizations, has provided pro bono representation related to home purchases, and has recently worked as a Community Health Worker trained through the Illinois Public Health Association. She is an active volunteer who is on the Legal Advisory Council for Triage Cancer, a member of the Health Committee and Chair of the Housing Committee with the DuPage County Branch of the NAACP, a member of 100+ Women Who Care and a volunteer with the DuPage County Animal Shelter. She resides in Elmhurst with her family. |
