| Grant Hauschild is seeking the Dem-NPL endorsement for the District 42 North Dakota House of Representatives.
Grant was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. He attended the University of North Dakota and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. While at UND, Grant was elected Student Body Vice-President and selected as one of sixty Truman Scholars nationwide. After graduating from UND, he worked as an Economic Development Specialist for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and most recently as a Legislative Aide to U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp in Washington, D.C. While working for Senator Heitkamp, Grant attended night classes at George Washington University to attain his Masters Degree in Public Policy in May 2015.
Grant currently works as an Associate Director of Development for the UND Alumni Association & Foundation where he solicits private donations to improve UND & provide scholarship for students. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals. |
