| Representative Maggie Nurrenbern, a Democrat, represents Clay County (District 15) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to her first two-year term in November 2020.
Prior to her legislative duties, Nurrenbern was a teacher in the North Kansas City School District. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication from Truman State University and a master's degree from UMKC.
Nurrenbern was a Peace Corps volunteer from 2007 - 2009. She is a member of the Missouri National Education Association, the Oakwood Community Association, the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Kansas City Women's Political Caucus and St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Nurrenbern lives in Kansas City with her husband, Gregg. They have three young sons. |
