| Matt Heilman was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, and is a lifelong Republican. He will graduate this spring from Bismarck State College and plans on continuing his education through North Dakota State University. He currently serves as a precinct committeeman for the District 7 Republicans. Matt has also received the Republican endorsement for his campaign. He is a member and volunteer for the North Dakota Young Republicans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to "promoting conservative values among high school, college, and young professionals and their families who are the leaders of the next generation." His legislative priorities will be strengthening the initiated measure process, property tax reform, and removing propaganda from public education and universities. |
