| Brian Lorenz is serving his first term in the Ohio House. He was appointed to the 60th District serving the Western half of Delaware County. Brian Lorenz is a proud father, husband and a dedicated public servant. He was born and raised in Ohio.
He attended University of Toledo for his undergraduate education and also earned a master's degree at The Ohio State University. He married his college sweetheart, an Ohio girl, then started a family and took his first public sector job with a city, where he served for several years. They quickly became parents to their son, Henry, and just two short years later, they welcomed triplet girls- Annaliese, Elisabeth and Charlotte.
He raised his four children in Delaware County. Brian severed on Powell City Council for the past thirteen years and is the former mayor. Brian represented the City of Powell as a member of the Powell Community Improvement Corporation and previously served on the Planning and Zoning Commision. He is member or St. Mary Catholic Church in Delaware, where he is an active member of the Knights of Columbus. He is also a member of the Ohio Farm bureau and Ohio Right to Life. |
