| After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, Patsy embarked on a successful business career, where she served as an Executive of AT&T and Director/Organizer of CapitalMark Bank and Trust, which is now Pinnacle Bank.
Committed to public service, Patsy then became the Southeast Regional Director for the Tennessee Department of Economic Community Development. She was also named as Chattanooga's Philanthropist of the Year and served as a Deacon and Elder at the Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church.
Patsy is now leading our community forward in the State House, where she has served as a champion for job creation, better schools, safer communities, and conservative values.
