| Doug Welton is a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 67. He won the general election on November 3, 2020 and assumed office on January 1, 2021. His current term ends on December 31, 2022. Welton has also served as a member of the Payson City Council in Utah. Doug earned his bachelor's degree from Utah Valley State College in 2007 and his master's degree from Southern Utah University in 2019. His career includes working as an educator in Japanese, debate, philosophy, and current issues.
