Regular education and ESOL teachers learn to differentiate and scaffold classroom instruction to support English learners' equal access and opportunity to the knowledge and skills needed for achievement in English Language Arts, mathematics, and literacy in science, social studies, and technical subjects.

Practice designing learning experiences using language scaffolds and differentiated instruction not as events but as a way of classroom life.
