Course-Alike PLCs Open for Econ/US History and Algebra/Geometry Teachers
Story Date: 9/11/2018

Many educators in small high schools miss out on the benefits of a Professional Learning Community that addresses their specific content.

This professional learning series brings together EOC teachers to work across districts to prioritize standards, identify learning targets, build common assessments, and analyze results.

Participants will work with course-alike colleagues at face to face sessions and online to develop common assessments and analyze results to adjust instruction.

Participants commit to their PLC members:

  • attendance
  • preparation
  • the use of common assessments. (This does not mean that other assessments can't be used by participants with their students.)
