Professional Development Opportunity for Science Teachers

Chemistry of Art
A Professional Development Workshop, presented by the University of West Georgia, to provide science teachers in grades 6-12 laboratory experiences integrating art & chemistry. The workshop includes a visit to an art gallery. Each participant completing the 50-hour program will receive 5 PLU, a $500 stipend, and the opportunity to get materials & equipment for their own classroom.

Application Deadline: May 1st, 2014

Schedule: Monday-Friday, June 2nd- 6th at UWG, 9am-4pm

Sat, Sept 6th at UWG, 9am-4pm

Sat, Nov 8th at CAU (Atlanta), 9am-4pm

Sat, Jan 31st at UWG, 9am-noon
