GOA Proudly Announces Our New Endorsed Health Insurance Plan!

The Georgia Optometric Association (GOA) is pleased to announce our new endorsement with the Georgia Pharmacy Association-Insurance Trust, a licensed Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) in Georgia.

The GOA Board of Trustees has formally endorsed the Georgia Pharmacy Association - Insurance Trust as the health insurance provider for our members. This will allow GOA MEMBERS, their families and staff to purchase health insurance through The Insurance Trust.

The Insurance Trust offers several health insurance plans with varying deductibles ($500, $1000, $1500, HSA-$2500) and has a comprehensive network of providers and hospitals through out the state of Georgia. The Plan also features: Prescription Drug Coverage, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts.

What do you need to qualify for this insurance???

1. Be a GOA Member, Family or Staff
2. Become an associate member of the Georgia Pharmacy Association ($140 per year)
3. Purchase the Plan
