The HGRESA organization has undergone several changes within the last few months. We would like to extend thanks to the following individuals for the years of service, dedication, and support to our organization:
- Dr. Charlotte Pipkin who served as HGRESA Executive Director for 3 years. She is currently serving as Bleckley County Superintendent.
- Dr. Andrea Williams who served as TAPP Coordinator/Generalist for 3 years. She is currently serving as Assistant Principal at Bleckley Primary.
- Mrs. Flora Bryant who retired. She served as a School Improvement Specialist and math consultant for 3 years at the HGRESA and is currently working with the GDOE in school improvement.
- Mr. Steve Smith who served as a HGRESA data analyst/consultant for 1 year and TAPP ambassador. He is currently serving as the superintendent in Wilcox County.
- Mr. Ron Bryant who retired but is continuing to work part-time with HGRESA. He has served in many capacities - GYSTC Coordinator, science consultant, and Professional Learning Coordinator.
Job Changes
- Mrs. Linda Peacock who has served as the HGRESA YAP Coordinator since 1995. She will now serve as a Title I School Improvement Specialist.
- Mrs. Debbie Franks who has served as the GYSTC Coordinator and Social Studies Consultant for several years. She will now serve as a Title I School Improvement Specialist.
