Washington Week Ahead: Trump delays regulations, looks to trade deals

President Donald Trump is acting quickly to carry out key campaign pledges, announcing meetings to renegotiate the North American Free-Trade Agreement and taking early action to stall some of Barack Obama's last-minute regulations.  Trump will receive his first foreign leader on Friday, British Prime Minister Theresa May, and he'll meet Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto on Jan. 31. Trade will be a major topic in both meetings.
