Nonwovens manufacturer to jump the state line to S.C. with 130 jobs

A Charlotte fabric manufacturer plans to move its manufacturing and distribution operation to a new, $13 million facility in the Fort Mill, South Carolina area. Oxco Inc., which makes and distributes nonwoven fabrics in a facility off Brookshire Boulevard in Charlotte, will relocate to York County with 130 jobs at the new plant.
