President Donald Trump on Tuesday night tapped federal appeals Judge Neil Gorsuch of Colorado to the Supreme Court. If he is confirmed by the Senate, the 49-year-old will succeed Justice Antonin Scalia, the reliable conservative who died on Feb. 13.
