Cattlemen, experts address the ongoing drought (Madison Co.)

Meteorological data for Madison County over the last 20 years shows that only one year, 2007, had less precipitation than 2016. During that same stretch, the county has never had a drier September through December. For Tyler Ross, district director of the Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District, the lack of moisture is a serious concern.
