This past weekend felt a lot more like May than February.  That was especially the case Sunday when much of the state set new record highs as warm as the 80s.  According to data from the Southeast Regional Climate Center, this winter is in the top 10 warmest winters so far on record for Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh.
