A Cumberland County man was accused Wednesday of defrauding the Farm Service Agency, which is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Hobert George Woodham Jr. was charged by the Eastern District of North Carolina U.S. Attorney's Office with conversion of money and property pledged to the Farm Service Agency, according to court documents.
