Backyard bird count to show impact of climate change

It’s a weekend for everyone to go to the birds. The 20th annual Great Backyard Bird Count taking place around the globe Feb. 17-20 allows expert to everyday birders to add to the scientific research stash assisting in bird conservation and understanding the impacts of climate change. The Bird Count is a joint project of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and the National Audubon Society along with Bird Studies Canada.
