While livestock producers may draw their income from the cows, sheep and other animals they sell at marketbut the grass that farmers grow for their animals' feed may be the key to a successful farm. Local agriculture agents convened a workshop Feb. 16 at the Cooperative Extension Office to help local livestock producers learn some of the best pasture management practices and resources.
