Black River Organic Farm is back in business with first crops since storm

Stefan Hartmann's tractor is held together by sheer determination.  The Black River Organic Farm owner has motored the weathered John Deere fixed with a vintage cultivating tool out to one of his fields to cover several rows of potatoes freshly planted by hand. Then the work stopped with an ominous "click," signaling a tricky electrical problem.
