Syngenta announced Feb. 22 that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency had registered its new Minecto Pro insecticide for foliar use in specialty and vegetable crops to control lepidopteran pests, plus sucking-rasping-chewing pests including psyllids, thrips, whiteflies, mites, and Colorado potato beetles. The company calls the new insecticide a broad spectrum solution with long-lasting residual control in specialty and vegetable crops. For more of this story, click here.
